    Lewis and Clark County will be the 17th county in Montana to hold nonpartisan elections for county offices, after nearly 56 percent of voters approved the measure in the Nov. 5 election. According to preliminary county election results on the county website, more than 18,000 voters cast ballots on the questions, with more than 10,000 of those votes favoring nonpartisan elections.
