Skate Park Committee seeks approval from County Park Board

Armed with letters of support from the Upper Blackfoot Community Council and the Hooper Park Board of Directors, five Lincoln School students braved a blizzard and scheduling mishaps to present their plan to build a skate park in Hooper Park to representatives of the Lewis and Clark County Park Board.
