QPR training Friday

It takes a community to save a neighbor. Join the Lewis & Clark Suicide Prevention Coalition at the Lincoln Library Friday Jan. 24 at 6 p.m. for a free session of the suicide prevention training known as QPR (Question. Persuade, Refer.)

The training, taught by Lincoln resident Jennifer Wiederhold, provides skills to help friends, neighbors, and loved ones struggling with thoughts of suicide.

Book Club Meets Feb. 7

The Lincoln Open Book Club, Hosted by Lewis & Clark Library Lincoln Branch, meets Thursdays, Feb. 7 from 7-9 p.m.

Outdoor Club cross country skiing

The Lincoln Outdoor Club is scheduled to go cross country skiing Friday, Jan. 24 and Friday Jan. 31 from 10 am to noon.

The activities are open to 2nd through 12th graders. Meet at the Green building at the Lincoln High School football field.

Lincoln Library Meet & Greet

Meet your Lincoln Library staff Monday, Feb. 3 from 5 – 7 p.m. at the Lincoln Library. Stop in and let them know what you’d like to see at library. The meet & greet includes light refreshments and activities for all ages.

16th Annual Canyon Creek Sweetheart Spaghetti Feed Feb. 8

The Canyon Creek Stock 4-H Club is holding their 16th Annual Sweetheart Spaghetti Feed Saturday Feb. 8 at 4 p.m.

The All you can eat spaghetti feed is $6 per person or $20 per family and features a bake sale, silent auction, door prizes and raffle that includes a cut and wrapped half hog
