"The hardest thing about being a kid is just being a kid. You are new to everything and the people around you are responsible to teach you how to do great in life. Being a kid is facing the fact that we will never be able to come back to our childhood, we will never be this age ever again and our life will change and so will the people in it. As a kid, you face the fact that you need to hold on to your friends and that if you lose them you may never find someone you made you feel that happy, or who liked the same things as you, or who would sit by you when no one would. The hardest thing about being a kid is to watch yourself grow up. You watch yourself become different and lose interest in a lot of things, you watch your style changes, you watch yourself become old and have a huge family. The hardest thing about being a kid is growing up."

– Hailey Smith, 6th Grade

"Dealing with your siblings." – Elora Paul, 7th Grade

The hardest part about being a teen is when you start to work and get a job. Jobs are time consuming and we are the beginners, so we spend a great deal of time learning how to do the job properly. Being a teen is also hard because of the responsibilities that your parents tell you to do at home. Being a teen means that you need to get better grades to prepare yourself for college, and start looking for jobs that you want to start to train for as an adult. Being a teen means that you are becoming more independent and are preparing you to be an adult."

– Andrew Brown, 8th Grade

"School" – Kayleigh Mendez, 9th Grade
