Deputy's Log Aug. 22-28

Lewis and Clark County 911 Center received thirty-two calls for service during the week of Aug. 22 to 28 in the Lincoln area. Three of those calls for service were traffic stops performed by deputies.

One of those calls for service generated a case report in the last week:

A deputy took a criminal mischief report near the intersection of B Street and Stemple Pass Road Wednesday, Aug. 25. The suspect spray painted a stop sign and a speed limit sign. This case is still under investigation.

Other calls for service in the Lincoln area were six 911 hang-up calls, three injury crashes, two animal complaints, two citizen assists, two civil calls, one disturbance, two false alarms, two fish and game calls, one possible fraud, one suspicious circumstance, and one welfare check completed. Lincoln ambulance responded to four calls for service.

Please read the article about the vandalism in Lincoln for complete details but if anyone has information about the criminal mischief complaints we have received in the last two weeks, please call my work cell, (406)241-6967.
