Dec. 26-Jan. 8

Lewis and Clark County 911 Center received forty-seven calls for service during the weeks of Dec 26, 2021 to Jan. 8, 2022 in the Lincoln area.

One of those calls was a traffic stop performed by deputies.

Two of those calls for service generated a case report in the last two weeks:

Deputies responded to the 900 block of N. 4th St December 27th, 2022, for a domestic. After an investigation, the male involved was charged with Strangulation of Partner or Family Member, a Felony; Assault with a Weapon, a Felony; and No Contact Order Violation, a misdemeanor. The male was arrested and transported to the detention center in Helena.

deputies responded to an address on Dalton Mountain Road for a welfare check on a juvenile female Jan.1, 2022. The female was taken to St. Peter’s for a mental health evaluation by a deputy.

Other calls for service in the Lincoln area were four 911 hang-up calls, one agency assist, seven non-injury crashes, three citizen assists, one civil service, one fireworks call, one road hazard and four suspicious circumstances.

Lincoln Ambulance responded to two calls for service and Lincoln Fire responded to one.

UPDATE: The county has decided to work with the male involved with the baseball field criminal mischief case and did not pursue charges.
