Probst joins as associate at Milodragovich, Dale & Steinbrenner, P.C.

Milodragovich, Dale & Steinbrenner, P.C. is pleased to announce that Alyssa L. Probst has joined the firm as an associate attorney. Probst worked as an intern for Milodragovich, Dale & Steinbrenner, P.C. during her last two years of law school, and the firm is excited to welcome her into her new role.

Probst grew up in Lincoln, Mont. and went on to obtain a bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Montana in 2015. She then earned her Juris Doctor from the Alexander Blewett III School of Law at the University of Montana and her Master of Public Administration from the University of Montana in 2018, graduating with honors from both.

While in law school, Probst served as a member of the student government and served in leadership roles for several student run organizations. She worked as a clinical attorney for Montana Fish, Wildlife, and Parks where she assisted the agency in matters involving both litigation and policy development.

Probst's primary areas of practice are insurance litigation, real estate litigation, constitutional and administrative law, personal injury and wrongful death, animal law, natural resource and energy law, environmental law, and water law.
