(Rocky) invites the Lincoln community to a Comprehensive Community Needs (CCNA) Forum on Thursday, October 7 at 5 pm in the Linc The Rocky Mountain Development Council, Inc. (Rocky) invites the Lincoln community to a Comprehensive Community Needs (CCNA) Forum on Thursday, October 7 at 5 pm in the Lincoln Senior Center. Every three years, Rocky completes a Comprehensive Community Needs Assessment. This forum is a great opportunity for the community of Lincoln to share their stories and communicate how Rocky can best meet the ever-changing needs of Broadwater, Jefferson, and Lewis and Clark Counties.
