Grants improve communications for Lincoln emergency services

Lead trainer Aaron Birkholz said the training conducted by the Lincoln Volunteer Ambulance has eight students, seven of whom are from Lincoln. Birkholz said they try to hold classes every year, alternating between EMT classes and Emergency Medical Responder classes.

Emergency services in Lincoln now have more reliable communications thanks to two Emergency Medical Services grants from the Montana Department of Transportation awarded to the Lincoln Volunteer Ambulance and Lincoln Volunteer Fire Rescue.
