Lincoln man charged with strangulation

David Allen Ward, 40, of Lincoln was charged with felony strangulation of a partner or family member, felony assault with a weapon and misdemeanor violation of a no-contact order following a Dec. 27 incident on North 4th Street in Lincoln.
