A burly male mountain goat, free of the last of his heavy winter fleece, holds a quintessentially dramatic stance atop Stonewall Mountain, Sunday July 31. The big billy was clearly the dominant male mountain goat on the peak and seemed to have an uncanny knack for picturesque poses.
A trip up Stonewall Mountain provided a chance to meet the goats that keep the lookout company....
