The Lincoln Library is at it again, with more fun and educational events for the community.

Come to the library on Monday, Feb 3 from 5-7 p.m. for a meet and greet. It's a wonderful opportunity to meet your Lincoln Library Staff and explore what's new and light refreshments will be served.

Beginning in February, Story Time is moving from 11:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. and the Lego Club will be meeting on Tuesdays at 4:15 p.m.

For those interested in poetry, the Arts Council will be hosting poetry workshops at the library on Monday evenings from 6-8 p.m. beginning Monday, Feb. 3. The remaining workshops will be held Feb 10, Feb 17, and Feb 24 from 6-8 p.m.

Later that week, the library hosts the Lincoln Open Book Club on Thursday, Feb 6 from 7-9 p.m. The book club is currently reading "Girl Waits with Gun," which will be discussed at the February meet-up. The library wants to remind people in the community it is open to everyone.

On Friday, Feb 21 beginning at 4 p.m. the library will host a Family Movie Night. They invite families to join them for pizza and a movie. At the time of this article, the movie title wasn't known. Families can contact the library directly for more information.

A brand new craft series for adults called "Crafternoons" will kick off on Saturday, Feb. 29 from 1-3 p.m. At the February get-together, attendees will receive their own copy of "Kerry Smith's How to be an Explorer of the World" and will get hands-on experience with different art and journaling activities. Interested adults should contact the library directly at 362-4300 to register and reserve their space.
