Celebrating Mothers in Lincoln

Mother’s Day is quickly approaching and the Montana Heritage House and the Power House Gym have joined forces to do something special to celebrate all mothers in Lincoln this coming weekend.

Tiana Valler of the Montana Heritage House will be baking, and the Rick & Pat Freeland of the Power House Gym will be providing flowers.

Valler said, “We wanted to do something to honor all the mothers in Lincoln and give them a token of love and let them know they are appreciated.”

Kids and families alike are encouraged to stop by the Montana Heritage House at 129 Sucker Creek Saturday, May 9, between 9 a.m. and noon to pick up a free homemade mini loaf of bread (lemon, banana or pumpkin), along with a small flower plant to give to their mothers, and/or to another special lady in Lincoln who might not be able to celebrate the day in their usual fashion with their families.

The shop will also be open where folks can stop in and grab a cup of coffee, check out the new homestead feed store and shop for additional items for mom in the artisan gallery.

For more information, contact Tiana at 362-4444.
