    Beginning in September, the Lincoln Fiber Circle will begin to meet again at the Lincoln Branch of the Lewis & Clark Library. Gatherings are scheduled for the second Saturday of the month from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., with the exception of October, which meets the first Saturday due to the Tour of the Arts event that always falls on the second weekend in October.     The Montana State Old Time Fiddlers Contest in Lincoln last weekend seemed to be a hit. "It went really well," said Montana State Old Time Fiddlers Association President Isaac Callendar.     While it's been a busy summer at the park, September is historically the busiest time of the year for Blackfoot Pathways: Sculpture in the Wild.     Lincoln Firefighters spent several hours Thursday evening, Aug. 22, battling a fire burning deep inside a large cottonwood on the southeast corner of the Sleepy Hollow Trailer Park, at the edge of town next to Stemple Pass Road.
